Where a prospective client considers that a reference may be appropriate for a particular instruction, a request may be made directly to us. Any such request will be considered on a case-by-case basis and, where appropriate, we may seek the consent of a former client to provide a limited professional reference or testimonial.

This approach is intended to protect client confidentiality, privacy and professional boundaries whilst still allowing genuine due diligence where justified.
